Niculin Janett Quartet feat. Rich Perry – No Parking Any Time

Have you ever driven around the streets of Manhattan during rush hour? Well, I have (actually, to be completely honest, I can’t really drive myself – but I have been in the passenger’s seat numerous times, so that has to count, right?).

To me, the music on „No Parking Any Time“ neatly connects with said experience and thus with the title of the album. Because, like on the streets of this crazy city called New York, motion seemingly never ceases. Always moving on, the music goes left and right, sometimes both at the same time, but it surely never stops to back into a parking space.
